REFUND POLICY

We aim for a hassle-free experience, but errors can happen. Charities can’t refund donations except in specific cases. If a refund is warranted, our 28-day policy from your donation date applies. Agreed refunds take 5-10 working days and match your original payment method. Note: Cash donations aren’t refunded, and original receipts are needed.

If these Terms conflict with site-specific rules, the latter prevails.

These terms follow England and Wales laws. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

PUBLIC NOTICES AND COMPLAINTS

Complaints Procedure: We’re committed to high service standards. If you think we’ve fallen short, report within three months. Initial response takes 10 working days, deeper investigations aim for 30 working days, or we’ll notify if more time is needed.
